A scratch off lottery player from Lancaster County scoops a big jackpot recently

One lucky person hit it big after purchasing a winning lottery scratch-off ticket with a prize of $5 million at a local gas station.

According to Pennsylvania Lottery, the ticket was sold at the Speedway on 3180 Oregon Pike in Leola. The Speedway location will receive $10,000 for selling the $50 MONOPOLY Own It All Scratch-Off ticket.

In a press release, PA Lottery reminded Pennsylvanians that scratch-off prizes expire one year after the game's end-sale date, which can be found here, and that all prized over $5,000 are subject to applicable withholding.
