Winning $6.9 million lottery ticket is sold out in Scottsdale recently

One lucky lottery player in Arizona is about to be a whole lot richer. According to Arizona Lottery officials, a ticket sold in Scottsdale is worth $6.9 million, the jackpot prize in The Pick drawing on Monday.

The ticket was purchased on Monday at a Fry's located at 7928A E. Indian School Road in Scottsdale.

The winning numbers for The Pick were 5, 14, 17, 20, 27 and 43. After a $4.3 million winning ticket for The Pick drawing on Oct. 24 was unclaimed and expired, the prize pool for Monday's drawing increased to $6.9 million.

The winner has until May 2023 to claim their prize before it expires. Several other tickets have gone unclaimed, including two other jackpot prizes for The Pick and Fantasy 5 draws from Sept. 17 and Nov. 2, respectively.
