They bought the winning ticket at Pioneer Snack Express on Falconbridge Road in Sudbury.

Encore provides 22 chances to win and may be played in combination with most lottery games for an additional $1. There is an Encore draw every day.

Due to COVID-19, OLG is now scheduling in-person prize claim appointments at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto solely for those claims that need a face-to-face interview.
