Did Anyone Win The Powerball? Oct. 9 Winning Numbers, Monday’s New Jackpot

The Saturday Powerball drawing produced many smaller cash prizes in the absence of any million-dollar winners.

The estimated $31 million jackpot with a cash option of $22 million did not have a winner in Saturday's Powerball game.

It's likely that the next drawing will have a much higher price, with a cash value of $26.5 million than the previous one's projected $38 million.

In the Saturday night lottery drawing, the winning numbers were: 12, 17, 30, 45, and 62. There was also a red Powerball pull of 5. 2X was the PowerPlay's value.

There were also no immediate millionaires as a consequence of the lottery drawing since there was no top prize winner.

A $1 million reward would have been awarded if a player's five winning numbers matched. The 2X Power Play would have paid out $2 million to players who hit the Match 5 while using the 2X Power Play.

The Saturday Powerball drawing produced many smaller cash prizes in the absence of any million-dollar winners. A total of seven people won $50,000 apiece after hitting Match 4 and the red Powerball.

Only three people, however, were able to match four numbers as well as the red Powerball using a 2X Power Play and earned $100,000. The remainder of the night's rewards were in the $4-to-200 range.

Following last week's fifth-largest Powerball jackpot victory, there will be another drawing on Saturday night. A California resident won $699.8 million in the Mega Millions lottery, with an additional cash option of $496 million.

Winners of the Powerball jackpot may choose between a lump-sum payment and an annuity for their reward. All payments are made in 29 equal yearly installments, with a 5% increase each year for players who choose the annuity payout option.

Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands are all part of the 45 states where Powerball is available.
