Deadline approaching for winner to claim six-figure lottery prize

The Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) is reminding players that time is running out for the winner of a Lotto Max draw held on April 1, 2022, to claim their six-figure prize worth $373,118.20.

The deadline to claim the unclaimed lottery prize is Saturday, April 1, 2023, less than two weeks away.

The winning ticket, which features the numbers 07, 10, 18, 29, 38, 43, 50, and bonus number 41, was purchased in Scarborough, Ontario. OLG spokesperson Tony Bitonti said that the corporation has information about where every single ticket is sold, except for who purchased the ticket.

Players who believe they have the winning ticket are urged to fill in the back portion, sign it, and contact the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098. Information about where exactly the ticket was purchased cannot be revealed until the winner comes forward.

This is part of the routine prize claim review process for anyone holding a ticket worth $1,000 or more. The OLG is encouraging all players to check their pockets, kitchen drawers, or car's glove compartment to see if they have the winning ticket.

In related news, the next Lotto Max jackpot draw is scheduled for Tuesday, March 21, for an estimated $40 million jackpot.
