Arkansas Woman Wins $1 Million Lottery Prize from Scratch-Off Ticket

A woman from Alexander, Arkansas has won a $1 million prize from a scratch-off ticket purchased at Vimy Food Mart.
The winner has chosen to remain anonymous and claimed her prize at the ASL Claim Center in Little Rock.
Retailers receive a 1% commission from the sale of winning lottery products, which in this case will result in a $10,000 commission check for Vimy Food Mart.
The winner regularly plays the lottery and plans to use her winnings to pay bills and buy a house. Since 2009, this is the 94th time someone has won a lottery prize worth $1 million or more in Arkansas.
