A Jensen beach guy wins a big jackpot worth of $1 million recently

A $1 million winning lottery ticket was sold in Jensen Beach on Friday.

The Cumberland Farms convenience store and gas station that sold the Mega Millions second-tier prize ticket is located at 2001 NE Savannah Road.

There was also a winning ticket sold at a Sebring truck stop, on U.S. Highway 27 South for the same amount.

The $1.28 billion Mega Millions winning ticket was sold at a Speedway gas station and convenience store in Des Plaines, Illinois.

Chantal Shaw, who is visiting her parents in Jensen Beach, also bought a Mega Millions ticket at the Savannah Road Cumberland Farms in Jensen Beach.

However, she did not win. "My heart is still racing even though I already found out it wasn’t me, my heart is still going and my hand is still shaking a little bit because I was so close and I don’t know if I’ll ever get this close again,” Shaw said.
