$1 million Monday & Wednesday Lotto windfall sold in Canterbury

A lucky Canterbury woman became an overnight millionaire in the weekend's Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw.

The winning division one prize was from Monday & Wednesday Lotto draw 4203 on Wednesday 27 July 2022.

The winning ticket was purchased at Roselands Newsagency, Ground Level 13, Roselands Shopping Centre, 24 Roselands Avenue, Roselands.

The lott official talked to the winner and confirmed the win.

“This is incredible!” she exclaimed.

“We’ve rented our entire lives and the first thing I want to do is purchase a place that’s just ours and we can call home.

“That’s been my dream for so long!  

“I’m trying to process it and keep my head from spinning, but it’s so hard!

“Thank you so much! This will change our lives.”
