A fortunate scratch off lottery player from Milford wins a big jackpot

A Milford resident won $10,000 playing the CT Lottery. The resident, who chose to remain anonymous, won playing the 10X Cash 17th Edition.
The resident purchased the lucky ticket at the Stop & Shop in Milford. The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as public record.
There are 139 remaining top prizes of $10,000 in the 10X Cash 17th Edition game, according to CT Lottery.
The winner has to reach the nearest lottery headquarters for further documentation formalities and for claiming their winning prize money, lottery officials said.
They also announced that the winner has only 180 days from the day of the lottery draw to claim the winning prize money.
