A fortunate resident from Maine wins $250,000 in scratch off lottery game

Fortune favored one Mainer recently after a trip to a local restaurant/convenience store led to a big money win.
If only it were you, right? According to the Maine Lottery, Nick Everett was at Doe's in South Paris when, while checking out, he decided to purchase a $250,000 Cash Stacks instant ticket.
After scratching off the ticket, he discovered he had won the top prize for that game.
The Maine Lottery reported that Everett won a quarter of a million dollars. Now that's a big stack of cash.
Can you imagine all the things you could do with that? Sure, the number gets cut down after taxes, but it's still a huge amount.
Oh, to dream. Everett's $250,000 payday made him the top lottery winner in Maine for April 2024, the Maine Lottery stated.
