A Lucky for Life player is a few thousand dollars richer after buying a ticket at a local Sheetz.

According to the North Carolina Education Lottery, the winning lottery ticket sold at Sheetz on Fayetteville Road in Raleigh won $5,000 in Sunday night’s drawing.

The winning ticket matched all the winning numbers, four of the white balls as well as the yellow Lucky Ball.

Lucky for Life is a daily draw game in which players have a chance to win the grand prize of $1,000 a day for the rest of their lives or the second-highest prize of $25,000 a year for life

If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters. The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
