Virginia man wins $1 million worth jackpot in Virginia Lottery, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

Garland Hare bought a Mega Millions ticket at a mini-mart in Salem and that lottery scored $1 million for him. 

The winning numbers on Hare’s ticket were 5-9-15-16-17, he selected his numbers using a combination of family birthdays and anniversaries.

The retailer will also receive a bonus $10,000 for selling the winning lottery ticket. 

When asked what he will do with the winning prize he said that he will pay bills and travel more with his winnings.
