Three NJ players won $50K Powerball winning prize

On Wednesday night drawing for $580 million, three Powerball winning ticket worth $50K were sold at a convenience store, Liquor store and gas station in New Jersey. 

All three winning ticket matched four of the five white ball numbers and the Powerball number and hit the third-tier prize $50K. The tickets were sold in the following locations - 

  • The first ticket was sold at Krauszer's Food Store on Avenal Street in the Avenal section of Woodbridge. 
  • The second ticket was sold at the Liquor Depot on Van Houten Avenue in Clifton.
  • The third winning ticket was sold at BP Gas on East Jersey Street in Elizabeth.

Wednesday night's winning numbers were 02, 07, 11, 17, 32 and the Red Powerball number was 11 with a powerplay of 3X.

According to the New York lottery officials, eight second tier prize winning ticket worth at least $1 million apiece were sold across the country, including one at a BP Gas station on Foster Avenue in Brooklyn.
