Powerball lottery player from Greensboro wins $150,000 worth jackpot, the winner will soon be $150,000 times richer than before. 

Charlie Williamson, the lucky winner bought his winning lottery ticket at the Kwik Trip East Wendover Avenue in Greensboro.

His $3 Powerball lottery ticket turned into a $150k worth of jackpot. 

He initially won $50,000 but he luckily bought a 3X Power Play multiplier hit and with that he tripled his winning prize. 

Williamson decided to get hos winnings as a one time lump sum and after required federal and state tax withholdings, took home $106,516.
