Women from Greenbrier won $430K in Natural State Lottery

LITTLE ROCK- A Greenbrier woman won a Natural State Jackpot prize that reached an all-time record high of $430,000 in Arkansas Scholarship Lottery history said the lottery press release.

Rebecca Black claimed her prize Wednesday afternoon at the ASL Claim Center with the winning numbers 3, 5, 21,37, and 39.

Black purchased five NSJ tickets at Kum & Go at  Old Morrilton in Conway for the drawing. The ticket distributor will get $800 for selling the winning Scratch-Off ticket.

She selected numbers for three of the tickets and asked for two Quick Picks.

The Greenbrier woman was supposed to receive change back after buying the tickets, but the store cashier printed a third Quick Pick ticket by mistake.

“I didn’t notice the extra ticket until I got back in my car,” she said. The store was so busy, and I didn’t want to embarrass the cashier for making a mistake, so I decided to keep the extra ticket.”
