The winning lottery ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven at 1765 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach.

Perla Gomez, the winner of the jackpot bought her ticket for just $30 and in return won million dollars. 

While scratching the lottery ticket she was with her friend and uncle, they both couldn't believe that she won the jackpot. 

Gomez is just a college student, and its a big thing for a college student to win million dollars. 

She decided to get her winnings as a one time lump sum and took home $640,205 before taxes.
