UK Players Celebrate Big Wins Despite Jackpot Rollover

Big lottery night in the UK delivered plenty of drama, but the massive prizes are still up for grabs.

Starting with EuroMillions, the eye-watering £137 million jackpot had everyone hoping for a life-changing win — but no ticket matched all five main numbers and both Lucky Stars. That means the top prize rolls over again. Still, there were some big wins: one UK player landed £250,668.20 after hitting five main numbers plus one Lucky Star, and another ticket-holder hit millionaire status through the UK Millionaire Maker draw.

The EuroMillions numbers drawn were: 5, 6, 16, 17, 49. Lucky Stars: 2 and 12.

Over in Thunderball, the £500,000 top prize also went unclaimed after no one matched all the required numbers. The winning Thunderball combination came in as 2, 4, 9, 33, 37, with Thunderball number 1.

So while the jackpots weren’t fully claimed this time, there are still plenty of winners celebrating — and even bigger prizes rolling into the next draw.
