Tuscarawas Valley resident won $1 million jackpot in Mega Millions

Tuscarawas Valley resident won $1 million jackpot in Mega Millions, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

The winning lottery ticket worth $1 million was sold at the Love Gas Car Wash, 530 E. Cherry St., Tuscarawas. The drawing was on Tuesday.

The winning numbers were 5, 9, 15, 16 and 17 with 25 as the Mega Ball. 

The winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has 180 days from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.

The retailer will receive a bonus of $1,000 for selling the winning lottery ticket.
