Time Running Out for Two Lucky Albertans to Claim Their $100,000 Lotto Max Prizes
The Western Canada Lottery Corporation (WCLC) has issued a warning that time is running out for two lucky individuals in Alberta who are $100,000 richer from the April 1, 2022 Lotto Max draw.
The winning tickets were sold in Edmonton and another location outside of Edmonton and Calgary.
Winners have one year from the date of the draw to claim their prize, meaning these unclaimed tickets will expire on April 1, 2023.
Unclaimed prizes for national games are returned to players through guaranteed jackpots and bonus draws, while unclaimed prizes for regional games are returned to the member provinces and territories as revenue.
The WCLC urges anyone who purchased a Lotto Max ticket for the April 1, 2022, draw in Alberta to check their tickets and claim their prize if they are the lucky winner.
