Someone won lottery worth $1 million on Powerball from Oregon

Someone won lottery worth $1 million on Powerball from Oregon, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

The winning lottery ticket was sold in Salem, the Oregon Lottery announced Tuesday.

The winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has 180 days from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.

Oregon Lottery says since the Powerball jackpot run-up to the record started on Aug. 3, the gaming agency has sold nearly $33 million in tickets.
