Someone in Des Moines won jackpot worth more than $400,000 in InstaPlay game

Someone in Iowa won jackpot worth more than $400,000 in InstaPlay game, the winner will soon be $443,507 times richer than before. 

Brad Carter, who won the jackpot claimed the cash Monday at the Iowa Lottery headquarters in Clive.

When he won he called his wife but wasn't able to tell her, he was crying and sobbing, she was confused what had happened. 

She calmed him down and then he revealed that he was holding a jackpot. 

It wasn't the first time he was winning, he had won $28,840 from the Iowa Lottery in January of 2022 but this time the cash is much bigger.
