Scratch-off lottery player won $1 million who is from Adams County, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

The Pennsylvania Lottery does not know where winning tickets will be sold, because the lottery tickets are distributed randomly, the location will be revealed once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winners have not yet claimed there lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has a total of one year from the day of draw to claim the lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
