Richmond Hill resident won a $1 million lottery in Lotto Max

Richmond Hill resident won a $1 million lottery in Lotto Max, the winner will soon be $1 million times richer than before. 

Bin Bin Liu the winner purchased his winning lottery ticket  in the September 9, 2022, Lotto Max draw. 

When the lottery official sent the email to Liu about how he won the $1 million prize, he thought it was some kind of scan and deleted the mail. 

"I saw an email from OLG and deleted it, thinking it was a scam," he admitted while collecting his winnings at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto.

After few days when he received the second email, then he decided to check it properly and thought that he should log into my account. 

It was unbelievable for him to see that he had won $1 million, her wife was also not convinced about the lottery. 

Liu said most of it will go toward his children's education. However, he plans to celebrate with a big family dinner.
