Powerball lottery ticket worth $50,000 sold in South Kingston, the winner will soon be $50,000 times richer than before. 

The winning lottery ticket that matched four numbers and the Powerball number was purchased at Belmont Marketplace on Kingstown Road.

One Rhode Islander is holding the $50,000 worth jackpot according to the R.I. Lottery. 

Winner has not yet came forward to claim there lottery ticket, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has one year from the day of draw to claim there prize, after that the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
