Plattsburgh resident won $100,000 worth jackpot in Powerball draw

One Lucky Powerball lottery player from Plattsburgh hits $100,000 worth jackpot, announced the New York Lottery. 

The winning lottery ticket was purchased at the Maplefields store at 456 Route 3 in Plattsburgh.

The ticket matched four numbers out of five and also the Powerball, the winning numbers are 17-26-37-61-65 and the Powerball is 2.

Power Play multiplier for Monday's drawing is 2, which means the prize was doubled from $50,000 to $100,000.

The winner is not yet confirmed as nobody has came forward to claim the prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has 180 days from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.
