Pickering Homeowner Defies Economic Stress with $1 Million Lottery Triumph
Coupled with skyrocketing interest rates — are leaving many Greater Toronto Area homeowners feeling overstretched. But that’s not the case for at least one Pickering homeowner after a big lottery win.
Michael Brantley, a regular lottery winner for the past three years, was picking up groceries when he checked the numbers on some lottery tickets using a self-scanner.
The film industry worker discovered he had matched all seven Encore numbers in the exact order in the Oct. 7 Lottario draw, winning a $1-million prize.
If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.
The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
