Peterborough woman hits the lottery of $1 million MaxMillion prize, the woman is now $1 million times richer than before. 

Jill Artibello has been playing Lotto Max since the lottery was launched and finally she received the part of her fortune. 

“I always play Quick Pick and this is my first big win,” she said while at the OLG Prize Centre in Toronto to pick up her winnings.

She purchased the lottery winning ticket at the Shoppers Drug Mart at Charlotte and Aylmer streets in Peterborough.

“I will share with my sister, nieces and nephews and my good friend. I will also enjoy a more comfortable retirement and do some work around the house,” she said.
