Ontario twins win $300k in lottery for third time, plan to share with family and charities
Ontario twins win $300,000 in the lottery for the third time and plan to share the wealth with family, friends, and charities.
Geraldine Fobert and Joyce Brady, both 81 and retired from the Hawkins Cheezie Factory, have been playing the lottery since 2010, and this latest win makes it their third jackpot after winning $100,000 in 2011 and $1 million in 2015.
Fobert bought the winning ticket at a Victoria Convenience store in Belleville, and the sisters plan to use the money to help their sister-in-law, grandchildren, and their churches.
The twins say they feel blessed and fortunate for their good life. The odds of winning the prize were not disclosed.
