The North Carolina Lottery is searching for the winner of the largest Fast Play jackpot prize in its history.

The winning ticket, worth $1,120,665, was purchased on Saturday morning from Handy House #2 in Smyrna, Carteret County.

The lucky winner bought the $20 100X The Cash ticket, and since the jackpot stood at $920,665, they received the entire amount plus an additional $200,000 in cash.

The odds of winning a Fast Play jackpot are 1 in 320,000, and the winner has 180 days to claim the prize at the lottery headquarters in Raleigh. The jackpot has now reset to $20,000 after the recent win.
