No Winner in January 27 Lotto Max, Jackpot Jumps to $20 Million

The Lotto Max jackpot climbed to $15 million, but no one managed to grab it in the Tuesday, January 27 draw.

Just a week earlier, the top prize did find a winner when a ticket sold in southern Ontario scored $15 million on January 20. This time around, though, lightning didn’t strike twice.

According to lottery officials, no ticket matched all seven numbers, leaving the main jackpot untouched. The second-tier prize also went unclaimed, as no one hit six numbers plus the bonus for the $134,181.20 payout.

Here’s how the rest of the draw played out:

• 28 tickets matched six of seven numbers

• Each winner took home $4,792.20
