Niagara Falls Woman Scoops $100,000 Poker Lotto Win
A fortunate woman from Niagara Falls hit the jackpot with Poker Lotto, securing a hefty $100,000 windfall. Tatyana Rachamimov successfully matched all five cards in the Nov. 14 draw, claiming the substantial prize.
The winning ticket was purchased from the Canadian Tire Gas Bar on McLeod Road in Niagara Falls.
As a mother of two, Rachamimov is a regular player of Poker Lotto, Lotto 6/49, and Lotto Max. However, this marked her first significant win.
In an official statement, the 59-year-old recounted her surprise upon discovering her win while checking her ticket at a bingo hall during an ordinary day.
"I turned red! I was so surprised I didn't believe it," she expressed. "I shared the news with my family, and their happiness exceeded mine. Initially, my daughter had doubts!"
Despite the impressive win, Rachamimov has yet to outline any specific plans for her newfound wealth.
