Midland Truck Driver Wins $100,000 Lotto Max Prize

A man named Ronald Gravel from Midland was pleasantly surprised to learn that he had won $100,000 in the January 13 Lotto Max draw. Gravel, who works as a truck driver.

The winning lottery ticket was purchased at the Bay Truck Stop on Highway 11 in North Bay and had opted to spend an extra $1 for Encore.

After finishing work, Gravel stopped at a gas station to check his ticket and was in disbelief when he saw that he had matched the last six of seven Encore numbers in exact order.

He described the experience as both unexpected and gratifying.

Gravel immediately called his siblings to share the good news and they were thrilled for him.

He plans to use the money to prepare for retirement and purchase a new car to replace his old one.
