Middlefield man won $10,000 worth lottery playing the CT Lottery, the winner will soon be $10k times richer than before. 

He purchased the lucky ticket Wednesday at Lakeside Liquors in Middlefield. 

The winner has yet not came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has a total of 182 days to claim the lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed. 

There are 5.2 million 10X Cash 16th Edition tickets. The player's overall odds of winning are 1 in 3.95, according to CT Lottery.
