Miami Lakes Man Wins $1,000 per Week for Life in CASH4LIFE Lottery Game

A 34-year-old man from Miami Lakes, Phu Nguyen, has won the CASH4LIFE lottery game, earning him $1,000 per week for life.

Nguyen claimed his prize after winning the drawing held on November 5, choosing to receive a lump-sum payment of $1.04 million instead of weekly payments.

The winning ticket was purchased from a Publix store in Hialeah, and the store will receive a $2,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Florida is one of nine states that participate in the daily CASH4LIFE drawings held at 9 p.m. ET.

CASH4LIFE is a multi-state lottery game that is offered in nine U.S. states, including Florida. The game offers a top prize of $1,000 per day for life, as well as several other prize levels. Players select five numbers from a field of 60, as well as a Cash Ball number from a field of four. Drawings are held daily at 9 p.m. ET.

Players can choose to receive their winnings as an annuity, with payments made for the rest of their life, or as a one-time, lump-sum payment.
