Mega Millions Jackpot Reaches $565 Million After California Winner Claims Prize

The Mega Millions jackpot has climbed to an impressive $565 million after a California winner claimed their prize from Friday's draw.

The winning ticket, which matched all five numbers (15, 21, 32, 38, 62) but not the Mega number (8), was sold at a 7-Eleven in Long Beach. Meanwhile, another ticket with five numbers was sold in Illinois.

If someone wins the jackpot in the upcoming Tuesday draw, it will be the sixth-largest prize in the history of the Mega Millions game.

According to megamillions.com, the draw takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays at 7:59 p.m. Tickets can be purchased at lottery retailers or vending machines for $2.

Don't miss your chance to play for a chance at one of the biggest jackpots in the game's history.
