Mega Lottery ticket worth $250,000 sold in Corpus Christi, the winner will soon be $250,000 times richer than before. 

The winning lottery ticket was sopd at Prescott Meat Market, which is located at 4414 Prescott St. 

"It surprised us for the New Year, I don't remember the last we sold this big," manager Peter Patel said. 

Winner has not yet came forward to claim the lottery prize, more information will be released once the lottery ticket is claimed. 

The winner has one year from the day of draw to claim there lottery prize, afterwards the lottery ticket will expire and won't be claimed.

Retailer will also receive some bonus for selling the winning lottery ticket.
