Massachusetts winning $1 million lottery ticket is sold out in Big Y

There was a $1 million scratch ticket sold from a Big Y grocery store in Massachusetts, the lottery said, one of two $1 million scratch tickets claimed in the state on Wednesday, March 1.

The Big Y where the $1 million ticket was sold is located in Greenfield, and the prize was won from the “Fabulous Fortune” scratch ticket game.

It was one of seven tickets worth $600 or more claimed from the game on Wednesday.

There was also a $1 million prize claimed from the “Billion Dollar Extravaganza” scratch ticket game. That prize was won in East Boston from a ticket purchased at Neptune Liquors.

Overall, there were 924 winning lottery tickets worth at least $600 sold or claimed in Massachusetts on Wednesday, including 20 in Springfield and 26 in Worcester.

The Massachusetts State Lottery releases a full list of all the winning tickets each day. The list only includes winning tickets worth more than $600.
