Maryland man won lottery worth more than $112,000 in Fast Play progressive jackpot game, the winner will soon be $112,533 times richer than before.
The man said he occasionally buys scratch-off tickets, but hadn't previously attempted a Fast Play game and his first purchase in the game lead him a jackpot.
The winner purchased the winning lottery ticket at the Weis Markets on Pulaski Highway.
"When I came here, I was still worried that I was not a winner and thought you were going to send me home."
It was unbelievable for him to accept that he won a jackpot.
When asked by the lottery officials about his future plans, he said his prize money will go toward paying off bills, taking a vacation and saving for retirement.
