Mackay women was confused between $1,3000 and $1.3 million, she thought that she has won the lottery but of only $1,300 and she ignored rest of the zeros when she rechecked her lottery it turned to be $1.3 million. 

The North Queensland winner bought her ticket from 18-game QuickPick entry at News Central, Shop 100T7 Northern Beaches Central, Cnr Mackay Bucasia Rd & Eimeo Bypass, Rural View.

The lucky winner decides to help her family out with the money and also invest some of the money for her retirement. 

“I checked my ticket online yesterday,” the winning woman explained.

“Initially, I thought I’d won $1,300, and I was delighted.

“But then I kept looking at the ticket, and I saw all the numbers lit up in a line. I realised I’d won $1.3 million, not $1,300!

It left her really surprised.
