Lucky Philadelphia Lottery Winners Strike It Big

Philadelphia has seen a string of big lottery wins, with lucky players striking it rich in various games.

The latest big win is a $3 million prize from the Snow Bank scratch-off game, sold at the Sunny Cigarette shop in Mayfair.

The winning ticket, which cost $30, is one of five top prizes in the game, and the buyer will receive the full amount. 

Sunny Cigarette, the shop where the ticket was sold, will also receive a $10,000 bonus from the Pennsylvania Lottery.

The Snow Bank game offers other cash prizes ranging from $300 to $300,000, with odds and rules available on the Pennsylvania Lottery website.
