Lucky Allegheny County guy wins $500,000 recently in cash 5 lottery game

An Allegheny County resident is celebrating a life-changing lottery win after matching all five numbers in the Cash 5 drawing held on Wednesday 12th February.

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, purchased the winning Quick Pick ticket from Kurtz Beverage in the Lebanon section of Pittsburgh.

The ticket matched all five winning numbers – 05-14-20-25-33 – for the February 12 drawing and won the jackpot prize of $500,000.

The Pennsylvania Lottery congratulated the winner on its official Twitter account. "Someone from Allegheny County won a jackpot last night," the post read.

"Congrats to the lucky person who matched all five numbers and won the Cash 5 jackpot for $500,000!" Lottery officials said that the winner is still deciding what to do with their winnings. But for now, they will enjoy a huge payday and a life-changing prize.
