Louisiana Powerball Player Wins $50,000 Prize in April 1st Drawing

Once again, Louisiana lottery players have struck luck with the popular multi-state game Powerball.

A ticket sold in Louisiana has won a $50,000 prize in the April 1st drawing. The winning ticket was one of the top prizes awarded during the drawing.

The winning numbers drawn on April Fool's evening, as confirmed by the official Powerball website, were 11, 19, 21, 29, 52, with the Powerball being 17 and the Powerplay multiplier at x4.

While no tickets matched the numbers required to claim the top prize of $150.2 million in this past Saturday's drawing, Louisiana players have continued to prove their luck with Powerball.
