Kannapolis man wants to buy a house after $700,000 lottery win, the man has only one dream of building his own house and the lottery made it come true. 

Stephen Kardos who is the winner of $700,000 lottery bought his $10 Scorching Hot 7s ticket from the Han-Dee Hugo’s on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington.

The only $10 investment lead him to the lottery worth of $700,000.

He informed the lottery officials that after he scratched his lottery ticket in the car, the lottery amount left him surprised. 

Kardos decided to take the lump sum amount which was $497,073 after the taxes applied.
