Mario Delgado whi is from Winterville recently purchased a ticket of just $30 scratch-off ticket and soon became the winner of a winning ticket which was worth $5 million prize in a new lottery game.

He bought his lucky of 200X The Cash ticket from the Speedway on North Memorial Drive in Greenville.

When Delgado came to claim his prize at the lottery headquarters he was given two options, first to receive the prize in installments of $250,000 for the next 20 years or either to chose a lump sum amount of $3 million after taxes. 

Delgado chose to take the prize as a lump sum of $3 million.
