Fortunate Tullamarine woman wins $10,000 in instant scratch off

A Tullamarine woman can’t wait to take her travel plans up a notch after scoring $10,000 on an Instant Scratch-Its ticket.

The top prize-winning $1 Lots O Luck Instant Scratch-Its ticket was purchased at The Lucky Charm Airport West, Shop 142, 29-35 Louis Street, Westfield Airport West.

“It’s a funny story,” the winning woman cheered when speaking to an official from The Lott. “I’ve been buying Instant Scratch-Its here and there for my husband since the pandemic.

“We usually have a few little wins and reinvest. This was one of those times. “We took the new Instant Scratch-Its ticket home and started scratching.

“Sometimes I get my adult children to help me scratch them. “I gave my adult daughter the ticket to scratch, and she tossed it to the side, assuming it was a losing ticket.
