Fairfield County resident won $250,000 jackpot in Connecticut Lottery

Fairfield County resident won $250,000 jackpot in Connecticut Lottery, the winner will soon be $250,000 times richer than before. 

The winning lottery ticket was purchased at Hope Street Mini Mart in Stamford, Connecticut Lottery announced on Thursday, Dec. 22.

Bonnie Cappucci, of Stamford, claimed the $250,000 Cashword 9 prize and received her big jackpot. 

There were two other winners from Rhode Island and Stratford won $180,000 and $100,000 worth jackpot. 

There lottery ticket was purchased in New Haven County at Alltown Madison East and the other was purchased at Milford Foodland, CT Lottery reported.
