A Kingstree woman struck it lucky for $13,000 thanks to a dream about her late mother.

After waking up, she decided to play part of her mother’s phone number in the Pick 4 lottery, feeling confident it was the right choice. She purchased five identical straight/box tickets at Harry’s Xpress #1 on N. Williamsburg County Highway—and each ticket won $2,600, bringing her total prize to $13,000!

“I was so excited, I left work early,” she told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
