Burlington man won $100,000 worth jackpot in Encore draw

Burlington man won $100,000 worth jackpot in Encore draw, the winner will soon be $100,000 times richer than before. 

55 year old Burlington construction worker purchased his winning lottery ticket at Circle K on Speers Road in Oakville.

Brent Drover matched the last six of seven ENCORE numbers in exact order, winning the $100k prize. 

The winner says that he has been playing lottery since he became legal for playing lottery. 

“I had to take a closer look. I was caught off guard. I told my family and they’re so happy for me.”

Drover says his plans include buying a motorcycle and a jaunt to the East Coast.
