Ansonia Resident Wins $390,000 in Lucky For Life Game
An area resident is $300,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Derby, according to the Connecticut Lottery. On Monday, an Ansonia resident won $390,000 playing a "Lucky For Life" game.
The winning ticket was purchased from Reliable Mini Mart in Derby, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
The CT Lottery furnishes winner information as a public record.
The Connecticut Lottery only publishes names of people who win $10,000 or more, which officials claim is quite common.
The winning lottery ticket remains unclaimed as the ticket was unregistered. Hence, the lottery officials urge all the lottery ticket holders to check their tickets and sign on the back of them.
If anybody has a winning ticket, the player must keep it safe and claim the winning prize by visiting the nearest lottery headquarters.
The player can also have the facility of calling or sending mail to start the claiming process.
