A man from Westminster claims record-setting $5.1M Multi-Match jackpot, this the big win a long a long period of time. 

The 41-year-old Westminster man is the first player to hit a Multi-Match jackpot this year. He bought the winning ticket -- with the numbers 6, 10, 12, 22, 28 and 38 -- at Hampstead Liquors on Hanover Pike in Hampstead.

The lucky retailer received a $5,100 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The player has not yet came forward to claim the prize amount, the player was seemed so happy and overwhelmed.
